V’s creative journey began in childhood when her uncle gifted her a sketchbook. She began with drawing, then experimented with painting and photography throughout high school. She later went on to earn a BFA in graphic design from Appalachian State University.

After college, she worked at a couple of design agencies where she established herself as an award-winning Art Director. In 2020, she launched her own freelance design practice while also developing a career in fine arts.

Her artwork is often abstract; she invites viewers to reflect on their own identities and philosophies. She has been invited to exhibit her paintings in prominent galleries across North Carolina, including The Mint Museum Uptown, Goodyear Arts, and Delurk Gallery.

Today, V continues to exhibit her artwork several times a year while expanding her international recognition as a freelance creative director and designer.
